Palm Beach Coffee Company

As a brand new mobile coffee business on the Treasure Coast, we’ve had more than our fair share of unexpected challenges during our opening. Unfortunately, we discovered that the used espresso machine we purchased from another local café was defective, and that’s when we were introduced to John Luke at Palm Beach Coffee Co. John Luke drove over an hour from Palm Beach to diagnose and attempt to repair our machine. When it became clear that replacing it was the best option, we purchased a brand new Nuova Simonelli Appia Life 2 Compact through him. Then, just when we thought things couldn’t get any more stressful, our new machine was delayed in transit with our Grand Opening only days away. Without hesitation, John Luke loaned us one of his own machines so we could still open as planned. As if that wasn’t enough, the day before our Grand Opening our brand new grinder stopped working. On an already busy Friday, John Luke dropped what he was doing, drove to us, and got us back up and running so we didn’t have to cancel one of the biggest days for our new business. I truly can’t express how thankful and grateful we are for everything John Luke has done for us. His customer service, k

Small business but very good. Turned the repairs around on my Italian espresso machine in 2 days. John is friendly and provided a great service. I’ll definitely go to him again.

Ok so this started on last Wednesday I was told the owner was going to come by the next morning to fix my grinder. He asked for details about the machine he was also informed that my son tried to repair it first, we sent pictures. He was supposed to show up Thursday. I actually tried reaching him several different times and several different ways. I did tell him I was in vero he said no problem! Didn’t respond till later that day. Leaving me hanging. Finally get him back on the phone he says oh I’m sorry with a bunch of excuses!! He Promised to reach out early Friday morning!! Nothing again try calling text and WhatsApp. Finally called and I thought we had it worked out was supposed to hear from him again today!! Big Fat NOTHING!!! He cost me money by waiting on him. If I would have known I would have went and bought a different machine!!. I took him at his WORD.
